Nicole loves to use mindfulness, philosophy, gentle movement, juicy holds, various styles of breathwork, sound healing, and active and passive meditation techniques with a somatic twist, so you can really dive inward and experience how your 5 senses, thoughts and emotions are contributing to how your body feels.
In this experience, you will be invited to become more grounded and aware by activating muscle relaxation, deep tissue release, cellular homeostasis, and alternate brain waves which can give you access to new physical, mental, emotional and energetic states.
