New Year Sound Healing

March 5th

Join Jeny of Zen Soul Balance at The Unity Center in Miramar for a 60-minute sound healing session to celebrate spring and the season of new beginnings. As nature enters a cycle of renewal and growth, so do we. This is the perfect time to shed unwanted layers, embrace change, and restore balance.

Relax on a yoga mat or sit comfortably as harmonious sound waves from crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and chimes fill the space, activating your body’s self-healing and promoting deep relaxation. The sounds create a calming effect, slowing brainwaves and encouraging restoration and rejuvenation. Each session is unique—some may feel peaceful, experience visualizations, or even have emotional breakthroughs.

Benefits include reduced stress and anxiety, mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being. Beginner-friendly and open to all—no experience necessary!

Notes: Please bring your own yoga mat and any additional props you prefer for comfort, such as a cushion, blanket, and eye pillow. Yoga mat rentals are available for $5 if needed.
