The Power of Silence. The Magic of Connection.

When was the last time you truly heard yourself think? When we go silent, we don’t just shut out the world—we begin to truly listen to it.

Join us on Saturday, May 2, for Pathways to Peace, a unique one-day Silent Retreat. While this is a day for your own restoration and inner reflection, it is also a day of profound global connection.

This year, our retreat aligns with World Labyrinth Day. A highlight of our time together will be the Walk as One at 1”—a synchronized global event where people in every time zone across the planet walk a labyrinth at 1:00 PM local time. As we step onto the path, we join a "rolling wave of peace" that circles the Earth, one footstep at a time.

Your Day Includes:

  • Gentle Yoga and Breathwork: To relax the body and quiet the mind.

  • Guided Meditation and Sacred Sound: Immersive sound bath featuring flutes and singing bowls to deepen your stillness.

  • Mindful Silent Lunch: A simple, wholesome lunch shared in restorative silence.

  • "Walk as One at 1": Participating in the global walk for peace ceremony on our labyrinth.

  • Reflective Journaling: Prompted journaling to capture the insights of your journey.

  • Final Stillness and Integration: A closing meditation

  • Closing Circle and Breaking Silence: Gentle transition back to community and voice.

No phones, no small talk, no expectations. Just space to breathe.

Come for the silence. Stay for the connection.

Be part of a global heartbeat of peace while finding your own center.
